Traveling as Couple
Overall the staff was friendly. The continental breakfast is just sad, if you are a breakfast person get up early or there will not be anything left for you. Maid service is persistent but the room is clean and the fridge is pretty big. When we checked in the iron was missing and even though it was a smoking room there were no ashtrays or matches to be found in the room. Family with Young Children
I've had a roll-away at a Best Western before in Jacksonville, and they only charged me $10. For this same item & theirs was nicer.

Solo Traveler
Stayed in 2 different hotels on back to back nights, both from priceline, both supposedly 2.5 stars. this one was competely inferior, more like a budget hotel compared to crowne plaza in cromwell, ct.

There is easy access to the hotel in one direction, but it is difficult to access from the other direction due to the barrier in the highway. Staff was not helpful in giving directions--seemed unfamiliar with the area. As you walked on the floor upstairs, it felt saggy in some spots. As mentioned above comforters on the bed were torn. The hotel was very clean and it was a little noisy at times. Overall except for the lack of plowing the snow it was a alright place to stay on short notice.

The hotel was nice and clean. in my area, near the office, was an odor which carried to my room-like cooking spices. This was tolerable.

Overall I would have to say that the hotel was a 7-8 for the rating that I choose. The staff was knowledgeable about the area and could give me directions easily. The hotel rooms were clean and arranged nicely. I found the hotel easy to find and located nicely for my trip to where I was going. The only thing that I can say bad about the hotel is that there wasn't a great selection of breakfast items, donuts & rolls in the morning for there free continental breakfast that I personally liked ...read more
